Competitive Analysis

The first step was conducting a thorough analysis of competitors in the local market. This research focused on identifying the features, functions, flows, and overall experience evoked by varying websites and businesses. Based on this data, we developed recommendations for enhancing Blue Collars' website.

Old Website

Key issues in the previous UX included confusing CTAs (not accessibility compliant), a counterintuitive website flow, and inconsistent type hierarchy.

Background

Prior to beginning the design phase, we established a comprehensive style guide to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the project.
